I can not see the ledger, on my laptop, for the map. Looks like the Philipines. What I am assuming is that this is the different areas of land in questions pulled appart by administration showing how disjointed it all is. I can't wait to get on my iMac as I think that screen will clear it up for me. Most interesting.
