As the shuttle drives up to the hotel where I am spending the night in Fort Lauderdale, all I could think about was how I wanted some amazing Mexican food. To my great disappointment, all I saw as I pulled in to the hotel were McDonalds, Burger Kings, Taco Bells and other fast food staples. I left for dinner a few hours later, and as I round the corner, what do I see - a holy sign beckoning me with the oh so famous word, "Chipotle"
